As the weather turns warmer the tulips at the Ashton Gardens begin to bloom! Come enjoy 280,000 tulips in hundreds of varieties, all imported directly from Holland. The 15 themed gardens throughout Ashton Gardens highlight different displays sure to bring out plenty of oohs and aahs! This is one festival you’ll want to have a camera handy for sure.
2020 includes many returning favorites such as, the Lyceum Philharmonic concert, Tulip Festival 5k, as well as new details for this year. Check below to find more information about these special events!

Celebrate the 25th anniversary of Thanksgiving Point with an evening of music, fun, food, and more! The Utah Swing Orchestra will be on hand to provide the soundtrack for the evening, along with 2 dance sintructors. Grab dinner or snacks from Thanksgiving Point concessions or a local food truck! This will be a spring finale you won't want to miss!

We're celebrating the 25th Anniversary of Thanksgiving Point with our signature flower - the Thanksgiving Point Tulip! This new strain of tulip makes its pointy world debut at the Tulip Festival at Ashton Gardens.
This new strain of Tulip will be displayed through the garden including the following locations:

Celebrate Mother's Day weekend with a special luncheon featuring contributors from the book 'A Place to Belong: Reflections from Modern Latter-Day Saint Women'. Enjoy a plated lunch, while hearing contributors read excepts from the book, questions, and time for book signing.
The Tulip Festival celebrates a music spectacular with this amazing concert! The Lyceum Philharmonic at American Heritage School performs against a gorgeous garden backdrop you won't want to miss.

Did you know that tulip stems continue to grow even after they were cut? Come see for yourself at the Learning Garden, and take home your own bunch of Cut Tulips, with over 10 varieties to choose from and learn about. Check back for more information soon!
Spring at Thanksgiving Point means the Tulip Festival 5k is finally here! Dust off your running shoes and come shake off the cobwebs of winter for our Tulip Festival races. There’s the one-of-a-kind 5k that actually runs through the Tulip Festival and inside the Ashton Gardens. It’s a challenging race that is equally as beautiful. Come run with us this year!

Each Monday during the festival Thanksgiving Point judges will select a Photo Of the Week which will be featured on Thanksgiving Point’s Instagram page (@thankspoint), and be highlighted on the Thanksgiving Point marquee for the duration of the week. Judges are looking for photos that creatively showcase the beauty of the Tulip Festival. Each chosen photo will also win a Family Membership.
Trellis Café is an airy lunch space with a beautiful patio overlooking the stunning 55-acre Ashton Gardens. Trellis offers a satisfying and fresh menu of seasonally-inspired fare as well as friendly service. At the end of your meal, prepare to be treated to a coconut macaroon you’ll be craving until your next visit. For more information, visit HERE.
